Personal data collected via the website (the « Website) will be processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and the French law of 6 January 1978 as modified.

The Data Controller is the French company INVIVO GROUP 83, avenue de la Grande Armée 75 782 Paris Cedex 16 FRANCE and Maddyness is acting on its behalf as data processor.

Personal data collected during the use of the Website by the user (“User”) are strictly necessary to the purpose defined by the Data Controller as described below.

Data may be collected when :

  • The User enters information to participate in the competition Quest EuroTour 2020-2021
  • the User browses the Website

We may collect and process the following personal data from you when you use the Website :

  • your region of origin,
  • your name and first name,
  • biographical information such as your curriculum vitae,
  • your contact information such as your email, postal address and phone number,
  • technical information such as your IP address,

The purposes of the processing are:

  • To meet the organization of the competition Quest EuroTour 2020-2021 needs
  • To organize the intermediation between the User and the Data Controller, to ensure identification, communication and preservation of the exchanges with the User.
  • Personal data will be kept until the competition Quest EuroTour 2020-2021 is fully administered but may be kept longer if it is necessary for the Data Controller to exercise its rights or to comply with its legal obligations.
  • Personal data collected and processed are shared only between Union InVivo, the Data Controller and prize providers for winners of the competition Quest EuroTour 2020-2021.

Personal data are not assigned or transferred to third parties.

  • Union InVivo and the Data Controller undertake to protect the confidentiality and the integrity of the personal data of the Users collected via the Website with appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk that could be encountered via the use of the Website.

Please be aware that, while the security of our Website and personal data is a priority, no security system can prevent all security breaches.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Union InVivo and the Data Controller do their best to protect personal data, but cannot always guarantee the complete security of data transmitted through the Website; subject to applicable law, the sharing of personal data with Union InVivo and the Data Controller and any transmission of the data is at User’s own risk.

  • Cookies are data stored in User’s equipment and used by the website to send information to the browser of the User and allowing the browser to send information back to website of origin. Cookies allow to store, during their period of validity, information when the browser accesses various pages of the internet website or when the browser returns to such website.
