The purposes of the processing are:

  • To meet the organization of the competition Quest EuroTour 2020-2021 needs
  • To organize the intermediation between the User and the Data Controller, to ensure identification, communication and preservation of the exchanges with the User.
  • Personal data will be kept until the competition Quest EuroTour 2020-2021 is fully administered but may be kept longer if it is necessary for the Data Controller to exercise its rights or to comply with its legal obligations.
  • Personal data collected and processed are shared only between Union InVivo, the Data Controller and prize providers for winners of the competition Quest EuroTour 2020-2021.

Personal data are not assigned or transferred to third parties.

  • Union InVivo and the Data Controller undertake to protect the confidentiality and the integrity of the personal data of the Users collected via the Website with appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk that could be encountered via the use of the Website.

Please be aware that, while the security of our Website and personal data is a priority, no security system can prevent all security breaches.
